To open a hago account, you provide your name, email, phone number, and date of birth. We verify your email and phone via confirmation codes. You then upload or photograph your national ID or equivalent identity document for KYC (know-your-customer) compliance.
We at hago complete most verifications within one business day. Once approved, your account is active and you can deposit. If verification is delayed, we notify you via email. If we cannot verify your identity, we close your account and return any funds to your payment method.

Our hago Game Rules and Bonus Terms

Account Closure and Funds Return
